IMPORTANT! Please read the following:

Running a distance race involves risks of serious injury. Surface defects may exist on the course,such as but not limited to dirt, rocks, roots hills, mud, water(drowning), trees leaves, and any other debris. Other participants, pedestrians, and animals may accidentally or deliberately create hazards. Also inclement weather, or physical strain of running in the race itself can lead to serious health problems.
I have read and understand this statement and agree to assume all risks of personal injury or other physical or emotional ailments, and even death. I hereby waive all liability or claims against Geneva Stephens, Move-It Fitness, Lori Schultz, Ruth Werner, USA Track and Field, Oakland County Parks, Bloomer Park, Rochester Hills, Volunteers, and Sponsors.
I acknowledge that I am at least 18 yrs old, or my parent/guardian has consented to my participation in this event.

I GRANT PERMISSION TO MOVE IT FITNESS AND SPONSORS TO USE MY PHOTOS TAKEN DURING THIS EVENT
